Following a nearly two-week trial, a Jefferson County jury found Jose Luis Palacios of Denver guilty of Felony Murder and other charges in connection with a drug-related robbery that happened at 2555 Sheridan Blvd. A 25-year-old co-defendant, Floyd Anthony Sandoval, Jr., was previously convicted of Felony Murder in the same incident and is currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole.
