    Police in Altoona have seized 100 packets of heroin in stamp bags bearing the same names as heroin linked to a rash of overdoses in Cambria County. The heroin, packaged in wax packets stamped "Head Trauma" and "Bulletproof," were headed to Altoona on Tuesday night when Altoona police, acting on a tip, pulled over and arrested two alleged drug dealers, Terron L. Miller, 29, and his girlfriend, Miranda McCulley, 19, both of Altoona.
