Scott Walker made a brief stop at the Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport last Friday morning as part of a tour of state airports to promote his $100 a child tax credit proposal and other ideas unveiled in his State of the State speech on Jan. 24. Walker traveled to Oshkosh, Rhinelander, Eau Claire, and Janesville on Jan. 26 to discuss the State of the State proposals he dubbed an "ambitious agenda for 2018" to keep the state headed in the right direction. "As I mentioned in the State of the State, the state is historically strong," Walker said.
