    A woman killed in a hit-and-run collision early Wednesday morning in San Jose has been identified as 22-year-old Alexandra Lozano of East Palo Alto, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office. Officers responded to a report of a collision at about 12:10 a.m. on Jackson Avenue underneath Interstate Highway 680 and learned a vehicle struck and killed a woman, police said.
