The wastewater from a Daybreak Foods Inc. egg laying facility had been applied to a field just before a heavy rainfall, the DNR reported.

The first part of the ordinance states that the city is in compliance with the state law in that it doesn't prohibit the sale of fireworks in Eagle Grove, McGuire said.
