    An Eagle Creek man is still receiving treatment at a Portland hospital for severe burns sustained while trying to extract hash oil in his trailer on April 16. Phillip L. Babb, 44, is listed in critical condition at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center on Monday, a hospital spokesman said. He was taken to the hospital after a Clackamas Fire District 1 crew found him standing outside his burned trailer in the 32500 block of Southeast Wildcat Mountain Drive , the agency said.

Nathan Thompson, sheriff's office spokesman, said Alexander Keith Olenslager apparently was working to clear a jammed firearm at his residence in the 27400 block of Southeast Highway 224 shortly before 8 p.m., trying to extract a stuck cartridge, when it discharged.
