    One crash victim was flown to the hospital while another was taken by ambulance after firefighters found a vehicle on its top in a ditch off Oregon 224. Brandon Paxton, Clackamas Fire District 1 spokesman, said firefighters were dispatched to 27500 block of Oregon 224 shortly after 2 p.m. Arriving fire crews found a man trapped inside the vehicle.

    An Eagle Creek man is still receiving treatment at a Portland hospital for severe burns sustained while trying to extract hash oil in his trailer on April 16. Phillip L. Babb, 44, is listed in critical condition at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center on Monday, a hospital spokesman said. He was taken to the hospital after a Clackamas Fire District 1 crew found him standing outside his burned trailer in the 32500 block of Southeast Wildcat Mountain Drive , the agency said.

Kennemer, whose district includes Estacada, Eagle Creek, Barton and Boring, gave a legislative update and informally discussed a wide range of topics with the largely supportive audience gathered in the council chambers of City Hall. "We have the most significant anti-business legislation that I've seen in my years of experience," Kennemer said, referencing Senate Bill 454 which would require employers to implement paid sick leave and House Bill 2009, which would raise the minimum wage in graduated steps to $15 an hour by 2018, among others.
