    The Prowers County Lodging Tax Tourism Panel met for its monthly board meeting Tuesday, August 21 at 4 p.m. The panel received requests for funding from the LCC Antelope Stampede Rodeo, Farm-City Banquet and the Colorado Welcome Center Tour/Study Group. Cole Dorenkamp with the LCC Antelope Stampede Rodeo met with the panel for their application for funds, as stated in the meeting minutes.

The science fair featured 123 projects from the elementary through high school levels and included students from Alta Vista, Campo, Cheyenne Wells, Eads, Holly, Lamar, Springfield, Walsh, and Wiley.
