The crash occurred on Old Hawkeye Road when 45-year-old Lisa Clemen, of Dyersville, failed to see traffic had stopped in front of her, according to the Dubuque County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said her vehicle rear ended a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Macey Morrow, also of Dyersville, forcing Morrow to strike a vehicle 33-year-old Jill Riniker, of Farley was driving.
