State Grange in this project . I am the Grange historian and felt that people should be aware of the work done by the Grange in relocating the experiment station from Dartmouth College in 1886.

    Opinion, Oct. 13) on Route 4 in Chichester overlook an obvious factor: The stretch from Bailey Road to Horse Corner Road is the longest and steepest uphill grade from there to Portsmouth. I think that's why there are two eastbound lanes, so traffic does not get backed up behind trucks or other vehicles that are slowed by such a long, steep hill, not to create a "fast" lane and a "really fast" one.
