    Investigators said the driver left the pavement of State Highway 48 about a half-mile south of State Highway 22; the shoulder was too muddy to support the weight of the big rig and it toppled. Highway 48 was narrowed to a single lane as work continued to upright the trailer and clean up 25 tons of gravel.
