    Nineteen-year-old Curtis Patrick Bell of Durant was charged in February with first-degree rape by force or fear, and during an arraignment Tuesday, he entered the not-guilty plea. Bell, who also was a cafeteria worker on the Southeastern Oklahoma State University campus, was arrested after the SE Police Department investigated a report that a woman went to the local hospital and said she had been raped.

Thirty-three-year-old Robert Joseph Lance of Sherman, Texas, pleaded no contest to trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Fifty-year-old Flint Howard Qualk was last seen on May 8 at his Durant home, according to police, who said Qualk is five-feet-seven inches tall, weighs 170 pounds and had brown eyes and hair.
