    During a special meeting, trustees sang a chorus of "ayes" after a brief executive session to pass Resolution 65 of 2016, transferring the water rights easement regarding the marina formerly known as Stefan's Marina from JSG Marina Holdings LLC to Pier LLC- essentially saying that Pier LLC, owned by Charles Pringle, has permission to conduct business at the marina owned by Jeff Gambino. This moves the city of Dunkirk, seller Jeff Gambino and buyer Pringle - who also owns Holiday Harbor in Celoron - further toward their shared goal, which is Pringle taking over ownership of Gambino's property, docks and the lease of the city's marina.
