    Baltimore County police identified a 55-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a 9-year-old girl inside a Dundalk store in March. Boyd Walter Holland, of the 3400 block of North Point Road in Dundalk, is charged in a summons with one count of indecent exposure, according to court records.
