    Officers from Lyman and Duncan police departments told a Spartanburg County sheriff's deputy that the suspect fit the description for a suspect flashing blue and white lights on his vehicle in an attempt to pull over others Friday on Neighborhood Road in Wellford, according to an incident report. The suspect, Brandon Ray Green, was wearing a SWAT hat and his belt was fitted with a gun holster, handcuffs, and magazine holster, the report states.
