    After five months of negotiations, the city of Duluth and Fond du Lac Band announced a settlement over litigation that have lasted seven years and cost the city hundreds of thousands of dollars. Pending approval by the city, the agreement means that the Fond du Lac Band will pay $150,000 to the city through a fee for service agreement.
