    Authorities responded to a four-vehicle crash at 9:46 p.m. on November 7 near Highway 61 and the Twin Valley Drive intersection. An investigation found an ambulance, driven by 26-year-old Toni Blint with Paramount Ambulance Service, was driving northbound on Highway 52 south with the emergency lights and sirens on when Blint didn't obey the traffic control device and hit two cars driving southbound on Highway 61. One of the vehicles hit by the ambulance then collided with a vehicle that was parked at the Twin Valley Drive and Highway 61 intersection.
