    Friday between 8 p.m. and midnight, a known 19-year-old Madera male and two unknown males drove the victim, a 19-year-old Philipsburg male, to a wooded location near 101 Merrell Street, Girard Township, removed is cell phone and wallet and struck the victim with a firearm and with their hands in feet and left him there. The victim sustained moderate injuries.

Myers, 32, 85 Church St., Morrisdale, had his probation revoked. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, she was resentenced to serve 30 days to one year in Clearfield County Jail.

He was fined $350, is to refrain from the use and possession of alcohol and controlled substances, not enter any establishment that primarily sells, provides or permits alcohol, complete drug and alcohol counseling, and have no contact with the victim or family.
