    A Clifton Park woman and a Duanesburg man were charged with grand larceny after they allegedly rented a $55,000 excavator and did not return it, State Police said. Arrest warrants were issued after H&M Equipment on Route 30 in Perth, Fulton County, reported the theft of a Yanmar excavator that had been rented by Matthew and Amber Burke.
