    A 56-year-old man struck by an Audi sedan two weeks ago on Bouchard Avenue has died, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan. The incident took place around 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 30 in the area of 77 Bouchard Ave., a fifth of a mile northwest of its intersection with Varnum Road.

According to its website, CBA is a membership-based community development corporation dedicated to resident empowerment and sustainable community revitalization for current and future residents of Lowell and the Merrimack Valley.

Barbara L'Italien's decision to run for Congress from the 3rd Congressional District.
