    Police were called to the Days Inn on Central Avenue in Dover for an apparent drug overdose death late Monday morning.  According to a statement released by the Dover Police Department, Days Inn staff found 27-year-old Nickolas Oliva dead at approximately 11:40 a.m. Monday. While the cause and manner of Oliva's death will be determined by the state's Chief Medical Examiner, police believe it appears to be a heroin-related drug overdose.
