He is charged with trafficking in a Class B substance more than 200 grams ; possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance ; conspiracy to violate drug laws; four counts of possession of a large capacity firearm; two counts of possession of ammunition without an FID card; and two counts of improper storage of a large capacity firearm.
