Hovland on charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance . Besides 15 years in federal prison, Reyes will also serve five years of supervised release and pay a $200 special assessment to the Crime Victim's Fund.
