    The Marietta Community Foundation has approved a $5,000 grant to the East Muskingum Civic Association to provide funding for the renovation of the group's original playground at their recreational grounds in Devola. The playground at 820 River Road is adjacent to the soccer fields in Marietta and was established more than 40 years ago with donated equipment.

As I understand the issue started with high nitrate levels in the drinking water which has been alleviated with the reverse osmosis filter system, which by the way has more than doubled the current water bill.
