Officers arrived to find that Andrew and Hannah Rorebeck, as well as their minor children, had been in the vehicle that had been fired upon.

For many years, his wife, Emily, did the weekend news on KCCI-TV for channel 8. Now Emily works for the city of Johnston as their communications director.
