    The Statesman Journal reports that 67-year-old Timothy Harmon, 52-year-old Julie Harmon and their 24-year-old daughter Eva Harmon pleaded guilty to violation of a wildlife law and their business, Tradewinds Charter Inc., pleaded guilty to racketeering. The family is accused of selling almost 2,700 fishing licenses to customers for $16.75 each and keeping the money instead of actually purchasing the licenses from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
