    A proposal to revise a portion of the master plan for the mixed-use Rivercross development in Denver will be subject to a zoning hearing in front of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and the planning board on Monday. Rivercross, a retail and residential development on 116 acres of land on Highway 16 Business, was approved by the commissioners in February 2015.
