    As Fannin County Judge Spanky Carter continues to discuss restoration of the 1888 Fannin County Courthouse with local groups, organizations and city councils, Monday evening he addressed the Fannin County Democratic Women/Men. Fannin County Courthouse was the product of Wesley Clark Dodson, a man who earned a place in Texas history by designing 13 courthouses, of which six still exist as originally drawn up by the prolific Waco-based architect: Coryell County Courthouse: Gatesville, Texas 1898; Denton County Courthouse: Denton, Texas 1896; Hill County Courthouse: Hillsboro, Texas 1890; Hood County Courthouse: Granbury, Texas 1890; Lampasas County Courthouse: Lampasas, Texas 1883; Parker County Courthouse: Weatherford, Texas 1886.
