Investigation revealed a 2008 Mercedes-Benz, operated by Jay D. Plumley, age 31, from Delmar, NY was traveling west on Quarry Road when he failed to yield at a stop sign for a 1983 Honda motorcycle that was traveling south on Florence Hill Road.
