    Investigators are asking for help to find a semi that may have been part of a deadly incident back in May. Officials say on May 22, a semi driving on I-94 near Johnson Creek ruptured a brake drum and a piece of debris hit an SUV, killing Jay Tichelaar. Anyone who recognizes the semi or who witnessed the incident, should call the Wisconsin State Patrol's DeForest post at 608-846-8500.

    Janesville's Gander Mountain store is closing, and 30 employees there will lose their jobs, according to a notice posted Monday by the state Department of Workforce Development. A Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act released Monday disclosed that the store at 2900 Deerfield Drive on Janesville's east side will close Aug. 30. It's part of a larger layoff of about 370 workers at nine Gander Mountain locations in Wisconsin, including stores that are slated to close on or around Aug. 30 in DeForest and Kenosha.
