A Deer River man has died after a head-on collision on Highway Two in Warba. According to Minnesota State Patrol, 30 year-old Adam Holecek was driving West on Highway Two when he crossed the Eastbound Lane and struck a Chevrolet Silverado head-on. Comment?
A Superior woman was seriously injured when she was ejected from her vehicle near Deer River Tuesday night, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The State Patrol says 63-year old Barbara Sosa was headed south on Highway 6 near County Road 19 around 8:45 p.m. when her vehicle went off the road and rolled several times before she was ejected.
