    The majority owner of the New England Compounding Center and her husband have pleaded guilty to illegally withdrawing cash after the fungal meningitis outbreak. Carla Conigliaro, 53, and her husband, Douglas, 55, of Dedham admitted in federal court Friday to withdrawing $124,000 in cash from their bank accounts in a manner intended to defeat financial reporting requirements .
