    A 74-year-old employee of a Dedham residential care facility left the property Monday morning with a developmentally disabled client in his 40s, and they were both found dead hours later in separate locations, with the worker "deceased of a probable suicide," officials said. In a statement, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey's office identified the worker, Mary E. MacKinnon of Venture Community Services, and the deceased resident of the facility, Jeffrey N. Goldstein, 41. Morrissey's office said Dedham police got a call from Venture around 7 p.m. Monday, informing them that MacKinnon had taken Goldstein off the property in one of the organization's transport vans "purportedly to [take] him to a medical appointment."
