Bradley, 32, Decorah, was jailed on methamphetamine charges after the Decorah Police Department conducted a search warrant at his residence, 607 Maple Ave., Saturday at about 7:40 p.m. During the meth lab investigation, evidence of the manufacturing of meth was located. Bradley was charged with manufacturing of methamphetamine, a Class B felony; possession of precursor ethyl ether with intent to manufacture, a Class D felony; possession of precursor anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture, a Class D felony; possession of precursor lithium with the intent to manufacture, a Class D felony; and possession of a meth, third or subsequent offense, a Class D felony.

    Decorah Parks and Recreation will begin taking reservations for picnic shelters and Whalen Cabin for the 2017 season 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3. Each shelter reservation within the Decorah Parks System covers a six-hour time period and costs $10. Reservations for Monday through Thursday must be made and paid for 24 hours in advance; reservations for weekends must be made and paid for by 5 p.m. the Thursday before the desired weekend.
