    The family of Bernard Moore held a press conference at the Davis Bozeman Law firm in Decatur to announce their $5 million wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Atlanta. The family of Bernard Moore, who was struck and killed on March 6 by an Atlanta Police cruiser on Metropolitan Parkway, has filed a $5 million wrongful death civil lawsuit against the city, their attorneys announced on May 26. Moore, 62, was crossing Metropolitan on a break from his job at an auto parts store when the police car driven by Atlanta Officer Christopher Blaise struck him.
