Aeman Presley, 34, was indicted by a DeKalb County grand jury on charges of malice murder, felony murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault for the murder of Karen Pearce, 44. Pearce was shot and killed in the 100 block of East Ponce de Leon Avenue about 10:55 p.m. on Dec. 6. Witnesses found Pearce laying on the ground as they left a parking area behind One Decatur Town Center.
