    A Decatur man accused of picking up a 14-year-old girl at Austin High School and having sex with her was arrested on a grand jury indictment Wednesday morning, authorities said. Brenden William Partridge, 22, 1302 Garth Ave. S.W., was indicted by a Morgan County grand jury on a second-degree rape charge, which is a Class B felony.
