    Former Volusia County football star and prep coach Pa'tell Troutman was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana, less than 20 grams, by the Daytona Beach Police Department. According to the arrest report, Troutman, 37, was detained on Forest Avenue in Daytona Beach in relation to a pair of marijuana-related warrants issued on July 21. Those warrants accuse Troutman of conspiracy to deliver cannabis as well as unlawful use of a two-way communication device to facilitate the commission of a crime.
