    A Danville man accused of attempted burglary of a WWII D-Day veteran is scheduled to appear in Boone County Magistrate Court regarding the charge. Austin Edward Berry, 18, of Mud River Road in Danville, was charged with felony attempted burglary after police say they responded to the Mud River Road area and spoke with the alleged victim Elmer Mitchell on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014.
