    A Plainview man accused of killing a 2-year-old Yell County boy was formally charged Thursday with first-degree murder. According to the Fifteenth Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney's Office, formal charges of first-degree murder were filed against Chase Duane Mullins, 20, in Yell County Circuit Court.

    According to a press release from the Yell County Sheriff's Department, Chase Duane Mullins, 20, is accused of killing two-year old Remington Rainey last week. Officials say Mullins, the boyfriend of the child's mother, called Yell County 911 on November 29 and reported finding the child in his bedroom not breathing.
