    Four dogs and 29 other animals were seized by the SPCA after a search warrant of a property in Dalmatia turned up unsanitary conditions and four dead animals. Three rabbits and a chicken were found dead when a search warrant was executed at the property in the 100 block of Water Street after the SPCA received a tip through its 1-866-601-7722 hotline, said Elizabeth Romaine, spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania SPCA in Philadelphia.
