    A retailer in Luzerne County sold a winning ticket worth $100,000 from the Pennsylvania Lottery's Millionaire Raffle drawing held July 9. The four $1 million top-prize raffle ticket numbers selected were 00096061, 00147664, 00204958 and 00350091.The four $100,000 second-tier prize raffle ticket numbers selected were 00025943, 00041365, 00143897 and 00343537. A total of 6,000 winning numbers were randomly selected from a range of 387,703 tickets that were sold between May 3 and 8 p.m. on July 9. The Millionaire Raffle also awarded 100 prizes of $1,000 and 5,892 prizes of $100.
