    The U.S. Department of Labor is taking a local evangelist to court alleging he broke labor laws and withheld nearly $208,000 in wages from his restaurant employees. An investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division has led to claims that Cathedral Buffet Inc., located at 2690 State Road, and its owner, Ernest Angley, violated the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage, overtime and child labor provisions, according to an Aug. 20 Labor Department press release.
