    Megan McFarland, 31, of Curwensville got into a verbal altercation with a coach at the Moshannon Valley School Softball Field in Houtzdale, Bigler Township Monday at 6 p.m. She was charged with summary disorderly conduct. Thursday at 10:27, troopers were on the scene of an accident when they witnessed Charles Erskine, 18, of Flinton approaching the scene driving an ATV on the roadway.
