    Zachary D. Tibbens, 21, of Latrobe and formerly of Curwensville, who had an uncapped syringe in his pocket that injured a Clearfield Borough police officer, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced to serve six months to one year in the Clearfield County Jail yesterday by Judge Paul Cherry. Tibbens was arrested on Jan. 27, and prior to being searched the police officer asked Tibbens if he had anything on him that was sharp or could injure him during the search.
