    A Rutherford County man has been arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office in connection with a home break-in on Oct. 12 on Hallman Mill Road in western Lincoln County The homeowner gave investigators serial numbers and photos of some of the 10 firearms taken in the break-in, which allowed detectives to locate and identify the property, according to a press release from the Sheriff's Office. Local detectives teamed up with a detective from Rutherford County and arrested Ronald Adam Scoggins, 35, of 506 Pointer Road in Forest City.
