    Four tornadoes touched ground Tuesday afternoon on the South Plains and Rolling Plains as lines of severe thunderstorms rolled through the region. Gary Skwira, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Lubbock, said the twisters touched down near Crosbyton, Spur, Dougherty and Guthrie between 2 and 5 p.m. "We're not aware of any significant damage," he said, but the weather service received one report of some sheet metal damage near Guthrie.
