    A western New York man has been sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison for a high-speed drunk-driving crash that killed a man and his dog. The Erie County district attorney's office says 31-year-old John Zakrzewski of Lancaster was driving at 105 mph with a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit when he struck two cars in the Buffalo suburb of Elma in December.

Pendleton Correctional Facility Superintendent Dushan Zatecky said 32-year-old Justin Addler, of Crawfordsville, died Monday at St. Vincent's Anderson Regional Hospital.
