"I was appalled to learn that Dana Waters, a serial child molester, deemed a Level 3 sex offender, which is considered a 'high-risk offender' by the Rhode Island Sex Offender Board of Review, was released from prison last week, and has now registered as a sex offender in the city of Cranston and will now be living at Harrington Hall on Howard Avenue.
