The free event will be held in the Watchung Reservation on March 14, and in Lenape Park on March 22. Both events begin at 6:15 p.m. > > "Among other distinctive traits the American Woodcock is known as harbinger of spring, so this annual event is a good way to shake off the winter blues, get outdoors and look for signs of warmer weather to come," said Freeholder Chairman Bruce H.     A Union County grand jury has returned an indictment against the president of a local dental supply company accused of fraudulently obtaining more than $1 million in inventory from a product manufacturer, according to Union County Prosecutor Grace H. Park. Frank C. Clavelli, 42, of Monroe Township, is charged with second-degree theft by deception, second-degree misconduct by a corporate official, fourth-degree engaging in deceptive business practices, and fourth-degree forgery.
