    A suspect in a Corsicana shooting surrendered to authorities at the Navarro County Jail Sunday night, Corsicana Police Chief Randy Bratton said. Bratton sent out an alert to neighboring police agencies and the public Sunday to be on the lookout for Wylum Charles Bivins, 26, whom Bratton described as possibly armed and dangerous.

    Corsicana police Sunday alerted authorities and the public in Waco, Dallas and Fort Worth to watch for a suspect in a Saturday night shooting as possibly armed and dangerous. A news release issued by Police Chief Randy Bratton identified the suspect as Wylum Charles Bivins, 26, and said he is thought to be "armed and dangerous."
